I got CCME running on a 3745 with 8 FXO ports connected to the PSTN. I also have a single ATA with one port connected to the security post at which calls need to be forwarded from the operator at the end of the day (this is done by using the CFWD softkey on the IP phone to the security's extension). The problem is that calls from the PSTN are not forwarded to the operator post. However internal calls to the operator ring to the security post. I got incoming and outgoing cor configured....I can post the config as well.

We have had this same problem.
What solved the problem for us:
Make sure that the called number is received at an DN that is under button 1.
Then when you use 'CFWDall' you can route them to internal numbers.
