I meant how many ELIN's total on the system you can configure.

According to Cisco documentation, there is no limit on how many ERLs/ELINs you can build on the CER server. There used to be one in the earlier versions because each ELIN needed its own Route Pattern to be configured on the Call Manager, but they got this fixed with the "Enable Calling Party Number Modification" parameter.
