HI,
Yea, there was two trust (Root) certificates but I uploaded only one. When I uploaded the second one its working fine.

I had the same issue on a Cisco Unity Connection 11.5 single server system. I found after receiving the error that I also didn't have the necessary Tomcat-trust certs in place that would create the chain necessary to allow the upload of the new externally signed Tomcat trust. Once I uploaded the necessary Tomcat-trust certs for our CA I was able to upload the newly created Tomcat cert.

What error did you receive for the Tomcat certificate?

Have you uploaded the certificate(s) of the CA and if applicable Intermediate CA that was used to sign the Tomcat certificate into the trust store for Tomcat?
