If you are a user you can go the Cisco CallManager User Options webpage. Ip address or hostname of the call manager box /ccmuser.(EX:192.168.185.10/ccmuser) From there you can forward calls for each line a IP phone has.

I realize that all lines may use the CCMUser webpage to forward all calls, but is there a way to do it from the phone itself? If not, does this need to be recommended through the proper contacts? Currently we're using CallManager 3.1.4b with phone load P00303010413.
Thank you,
Tim

Tim,
CFA is only supported on the phone for the primary line - as already stated, the admin/user web-page is the only work around at this time.
I know this has been asked for - but it won't do you any harm to raise it with your Cisco account team.
Regards,
Justin
