dear sir,
Please advise how to change the time at all the ip phone? what i should configure at ccm? We've 1 publisher ccm version 4.1(3) sr2 and 1 subscriber ccm version 4.1(3) sr2 as well. Plesae advise.

Hi,
Your IP phones take their time from the call manager servers.
The sub will take its time from the pub therefore make sure that the time on the pub is correct.
The pub uses its internal clock unless you sync it up to an NTP reference clock (ie NTP server).

Hi Charles,
When you update the windows time the update takes a while to flow out to all the phones depending on whether the phone is registered to the Pub or Sub.Have a look at the following doc that has great CCM Time sync ideas;

From this doc that describes using NTP,Net Time and W32Time;
