Our sys admin is out on vacation and I've been charged with changing the system greeting for outside callers. I work at a small community college. We have an alternate greeting that we use that gives summers hours and other info. I need to know how to change from the current greeting to the alternate greeting (I'm assuming we saved the one we used last summer). Assume that my knowledge is limited but I do have full access (a dangerous combination).
Just to be clear, this is for all incomming calls, not on an individual ext or phone.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I dont' want to watch while the Registrar has kittens.

Hi Carl,
Is this the "Night/Closed Greeting"? The message that is played while callers are queued up? Are you thinking this is in Unity or perhaps a message recorded as MOH for the queue?
Let us know and I'm sure someone will be able to help :)

You might be right about the Night/Closed Greeting. All I really know is that there is a message that is played when someone calls the main college number. We replaced that message with one that told our summer hours and the like for last summer at this time. I just need to get that message back in place. Where in Unity do I find these messages? Or, how do I create and new one and set Unity to use it.
Thanks
