Changing Secondary Dial Tone

My customer would like for the second dial tone you receive when placing an outbound PSTN call to be the same as the regular, standard Cisco tone.

How would I accomplish this? I have CCM ver. 3.1.3SPD

There is a service parameter for cisco callmanager. It is called alwaysuseinsidedialtone. Just set it to true and you should get the same dial tone as you get when you go offhook.
