I'm trying to factory reset an 7940 ip cisco phone with no lock.
I've tryed the **#, also tryed the hold the # while the phone re-starts with no lock. Is there any other method to unlock/factory resets these phones. You information will be highly appreciated.
PS: The phone is on a POS3-06-0-00 Firmware, and is setup with SIP.
There has to be a third option to reset these phones. Does anyone know what this third opstion is? Please let me know.
Thanks
