Cisco Unity Connection Text to Speech

Hi Everyone

I wanted to know is there a way to change the default TTS that Unity Connection plays. I have a VM box setup on a hunt group and the message that you get when you leave a message is "you have reach the VM box of Chicago Reception". So I wanted to know is there some where I can input the message that I want to be said and the TTS functions plays that. Thanks in advance for any help and have a great 4th of July.

If I understand you correctly, you want to change the greeting of a particular mailbox (or possibly call handler).  If that is correct, you would need to login to that particular mailbox via the phone interface and record a new greeting OR you can perform the same type of function via the web interface.  There is no tool which allows you to input a message as text and have it rendered via TTS for a mailbox greeting.
