Cisco CCM playback audio

And we have a project where we need to playback calls from your CISCO CCM server records calls.

Have you an SDK/API which allows to integrate this feature in our application (Windows)?

Cisco CCM does not record audio so it can't play back calls.

You must be using some kind of external recording server.

Cisco Mediasense or Calabrio or some other external recording solution.

Do you know what is being used?
