Cisco IP Communicator is using port 80

We are using Cisco IP Communicator 8.6.1.0 and one of our Dev team are having an issue that if he wanted to access his localport:80 it is showing the web page of Cisco instead of his local IIS. Is there a way to turn off this feature for cisco without causing an issue with his softphone?
