clean air interference

Hi Cisco community,

I was wondering if you can help: from the attached doc an AP facing interference on 24GHz band can be seen. It has clean air able, how would it react when all three channels are affected?

Also when you have an ssid broadcast on  both 2.4GHz and 5GHz to which band would a PC connect to, it seems to be 2.4GHz? Is it the default band a PC connect to?
