Cisco Personal Assistant Troubles

I installed Cisco Personal Asst 1.3(4) and now that it is installed I can not get to the admin page. I go to http://<myservername>/pasystemadmin and I get an error message.

I go to services and I see the PA services.

PAServer will not stay running. I restart it and it stops secs. later.

PASPCS_en_US will not run, and neither will PASPREC_en_US.

PAWebadmin runs and PASPRM runs.

Can someone help me.

Check whether World Wide Web Publishing Service, IIS Admin Service and the PAWebAdmin services are up.

If not, start the same. If this is not the issue, try re-installing PA and see if it works.
