Hi,

I want to translate on incoming DID (2962345) to ring on two different extensions (9575 and 6000).

What is the best way to acheive this ?

I don't think what you're asking is possible with the CallManager as it is. Each call can only attempt to ring one extension. However, you could create secondary line appearances on both phones that share an extension, but only if both phones have an open line appearance.

If you want the phones to ring at the same time, the shared line is the only way to do this.
