Hi,
I'm using a Cisco 5350 to terminate h323 calls to PSTN. The call is authenticated with a remote_ip_authenticate script in porta radius server and is sent out. When is disconnected, the accounting info is sent to billing.
The problem is that some calls are not billed. I sent the logs to porta support and I got the message that the accounting packets reached the radius server too late (17 minutes after), and the call legs are not anymore in the memory and the call is billed like on-net call.
The cisco and porta server is in the same LAN, cisco is configured from default to send the radius packets every 5 seconds (3 times) if is not getting an answer, after this should drop the packets.
Is someone who know about this radius packets delay ?
I'm using IOS:c5350-js-mz.123-6a.bin. Should I try another?
