Cisco Spark Room Kit and Touch 10 - Touch screen not responding

I'm trying to setup a Cisco Spark Room Kit and the Touch 10 screen that comes with it. Everything powers on and the welcome screen is showing, but there is no response from the touch screen to continue the setup. I've done several factor resets of the touch screen.. Any ideas why it's not reacting?

P.S. the network information in the top left corner of the display screen shows the serial number and IPv4 address, but nothing for IPv6.

When you connect the touch interface with the code, it will download the firmware from the Codec. During this upgrade process, it will not respond to any touch inputs.

However, if the touch interface is still unresponsive after the setup option appears, it’s likely that the touch interface might be faulty and may require a RMA.
