Cisco Touch 10 Touchscreen issue

Hi All,

we are experiencing a problem with a Cisco Touch 10 controller, paired with an SX 80 Codec.

The touch is plugged into Codec 2nd Ethernet port and powered through its own PoE supplier.

The device is correctly associated with the Codec but the touchscreen is unresponsive; only hard keys are working (volume + - and mute button).

We did several factory reset but the situation does not change. We also tried to connect the device with an MX700 but we got the same behaviour.

Hardware issue?

Is there any other factory reset procedure, maybe using the micro usb connector available on the touch?

Codec is running ce 8.2.1 Final e9daf06 2016-06-28

Touch is running ti8.2.1.e9daf06

Thanks for help.

Hello,

Sounds like hardware issue however, to Factory reset the TouchPanel you need to Press and hold the mute button for 10 seconds and then press volume down twice.
