I have deployed CUAC-A and am trying to find a way to bulk import a personal directory for an operator.
(CUAC-Advanced) version = 14.0.2
I know operators can add their own personal directory where they can add contacts, one by one through the operator console software. I want to know if there is a way to bulk add a personal directory?
I know you can do a bulk contact import in the full directory, but that is not what i am after as this will add contacts visible for all operators.
