I have configured a phone in Call Manager and the VoIP is registered it can receive calls and they are clear on both ends. The problem is when the customer tries to dial out. The full number is entered but the phone only dials the first 2 digits. Has anyone come across this issue before?

Is this happening to one phone or all phones? If all phones, check the dialing plan.

Do you get the same results when dialing digit by digit as well as dialing enbloc? Can you share the route plan report and detailed call manager trace for a test call with calling and called party details.
