Greetings to all,

 

Can someone please suggest a good cisco voip server solution as a replacement for Avaya Aura 450.  This is for a call center with below requirements

 

 

  • Server required  with 120 Extension, 30 Agent and advanced reports for call center. Evaluation and recording calls and all standard call center features required.

 

  • Customer 2 Sip lines: 1- 9 MB (120 Trunk ). 2- 3 MB (30 Trunk). And 4 analogue lines.

 

  • advanced report for call center,  IVR
