We have Cisco webex services and want to know how can we check the user licensing on the Webex??
Any help is much appreciated

Not clear based on the description if you have WebEx via the cloud or the new on-premise, WebEx Meetings Server. If you have WebEx via the cloud then you should be able to check licensing by going to Enterprise - Site Administration where the summary page will list service type that you have and a licensing summary.

We have the WebEx via the cloud. I see there is no option " summary" in the Enterprise-Site Administration to check licensing.

For me, when I initially login to Site Administration, there is a Welcome Banner and directly underneath is an overview of the Site Information for the company. Included is an "Active Hosts" count as well as a column that lists the following:
Service Type (e.g., Meeting Center)
Session Types
Session Code
Named Hosts - this includes a sub-column that displays the total number of licenses available, the number of licenses used (active accounts), and available user licenses
