I have two issues I'm hoping can be resolved:
1. It does not appear that you can perform a 'Call Pickup' from the Web Attendant screen. Has anyone figured out how to do this?
2. When you perform a call Transfer using the Web Attendant screen, the caller being transferred is never put on hold as they are when Transferring via the actual phone. Is there a way to have the Transfer button put the user on hold while the Transfer is being setup?

When a call arrives it will be displayed on the console who is calling you. Just click on it and the call will be picked up and as far as the second one is concerned, i think that is how it is. The Web attendant is a very simple application with not many features.
