CM not registering VG248

Have a RMA'd VG248 that I cannot get to register with the CM v4.1. Have one that does register, this replacement one cannot.

Tried deleting and readding the new VG248, then rentering all the phone devices, still no registration. Ping works from 248 to both Pri and Sec CM's.

Have you consoled into the VG and done all the required configs as shown in this doc?

Thanks, we did. Wound up having to delete then readd the 248 into CM, then readd all the phone devices...thx.
