We just upgraded to CM 3.1.2c

I just noticed that if port one of my 8 VM ports is busy, and an internal caller presses the messages key (2090) or dials 2090 directly, it rings busy... even though the CM is configured to forward to 2091, then 2092 etc.

What's even more strange is that if port one is busy and a caller calls in from the outside they roll over just fine to the next port.

I'm using CM 3.1.2c, Unity 3.02 and the proper TSP.

Do you have a VoiceMailDn configured for the Cisco Messaging Interface? If so you need to remove it and stop/start CallManager. CMI is not needed for IP integrations and the service should be disabled.

That was EXACTLY the problem... TAC helped me out, but thanks so much for your response.
