Hello, We are rolling out CME 4.1 at remote offices and we would like to create a custom company directory and host it on a server so all the CME sites can access it. I thought it would be as simple as creating a XML file that looks like this
<CiscoIPPhoneDirectory>
<Title>Directory title goes here</Title>
<Prompt>Prompt text goes here</Prompt>
<DirectoryEntry>
<Name>The name of the directory entry</Name>
<Telephone>The telephone number for the entry</Telephone>
</DirectoryEntry>
</CiscoIPPhoneDirectory>
and enter this command (url directories http://x.x.x.x/directory.xml) under telephony-service. But when I press the directories button on the phone I am getting a XML parse error 4. Am I missing a step somewhere? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

If you enable and capture the default directory output, you should be able to see how to format your properly.

Thanks for the tip.
Alright, I enable the local directory and I am able to view it using the IP Phones but I do not see a way to capture the directory file. I don't see a file in flash. Any ideas?
