CME 7.0: All Cisco phones called himself

Hi,

i have a problem in my network, at a moment all cisco phones called himself.

everything is ok after router reloaded.

Please how to solve this issue?

Hi Alfred,

This is a really strange issue. Do you have any debugs / logs when the issue was happening?

when you say that the phones called themselves, did you see active calls on the ip phones with their own caller id?

Which phone models were impacted?

Hi Manish,

it was urgent that i have just reload the CME.

However, i will take the logs and debugs when the problem happen.

Yes, i see the active call on the cisco phone.

All the cisco phone (7940,7942,7975,7962,etc...) in the network are impacted.

which commands can i apply for debug if i don't have a consistent logs?

If you have a mix of SCCP and SIP in your environment you can get the output of the following debugs:

debug voice ccapi inout

debug ccsip messages

You should also get show tech output before reloading the router.
