We are using CME 3.1 and CUE 1.1. At some point during the install two users wanted to switch extensions and now when you do a directory lookup and spell Matt it directs you to Ken, and if you call Matt and he doesn't answer you get Ken's voice mail and visa versa. I can't see anything from the CUE web interface that looks to be still crossed up. Is there somewhere in CUE that might have the two mixed up?
