CME/Unity No ringback after Unity Call Handler xfer

Hi! We have an implementation with CME and Unity, and have a few call handlers built in Unity to direct call flows. This works fine if an IP Phone caller ends up in a call handler, makes a selection, and gets xfered to the destination defined in 'caller input' fields. However, if a PSTN caller follows the same path, when they are transfered out of the Call Handler and sent to the destination, they get the 'please wait while you are transfered' message, but no ringback or anything else. This is not a big deal if the destination is answered right away, but if it will ring a few times, as some likely will, it is a little disconcerting. I found a note on this issue with regular Call Manager, with the Service Parameter for H225UserInfo message setting, but I am not sure where to look in CME. Any ideas? Thanks!

Also tried using Supervised Transfer option in Unity, but since these lines are not busy, we just want to hear the inital alerting, that does not change anything for us.

Found problem, just for the record here - we had gotten a mess of our dial peers, and after a complaint about no dtmf passing on some calls, noticed that our calls were G711alaw instead of ulaw. Different people in config had done some unusual things, we set them all to G711ulaw, dtmf relay, no vad, and everything started working just fine.
