Hi
I have CMS 3.6 cluster.
Some rooms are set to start recording automatically. When I enter the room, the recording starts automatically. But sometimes the recording stops even though the meeting is still going on.
There are log messages on the CMS Recorder Server
INFO : call 212: remote teardown, reason 1
and on CMS Main Server
INFO : participant "recorder@recorder" left space fd83ecff-ef96-4bf1-9566-b430dbee8007
INFO : call 7453: ending; local teardown, timed out
CMS servers are on the same local network
What could be the reason for termination of the recording?
