Hello,
I realize that we are not to put third party apps on call managers servers - Has anyone installed Compaq/HP Insight manager utility to manager the Server. Will Cisco Support this being installed on CallManager and Unity servers? Thanks

No. Supported methods of remote administration for TAC to access CallManager during an open case are described here:
