Hi,

Is it possible to customize the MeetMe conferencing to ask a new participant their name before allowing them to enter? I would like to be notified that a new participant has joined the conference by hearing a beep, then their name. If this is not possible with the MeetMe option, is there a third party product that does this with CM 3.3(4)?

I don't believe so. There is a product called Cisco Conference Connection that is more of a robust conferencing application.

Also,

if you happen to have Unity for your VM systems then you can get this to work by requiring an announcement before connecting.
