Conference Connection and Active Directory issues

I installed Conference Connection today and am having trouble configuring the JTAPI service on the system. I configured my data source to be Active Directory, set the port to 389, pointing at my AD server and configured all the correct contexts and user name/password for the directory. When I configure the JTAPI service, I point it at the Call Manager Publisher, and set the user name to the user I created (cccjtapi) with the correct password. The user has been enabled to use CTI Apps, and has been associated to the CTI Route Point and CTI Ports (with no primary extension).

When I look at the trace files, I see the following error each time I start the Engine:

32: Feb 16 18:26:03.890 CST %MIVR-SS_TEL-4-ModuleRunTimeFailure:Real-time failure in JTAPI subsystem: Module=JTAPI Subsystem,Failure Cause=7,Failure Module=JTAPI_PROVIDER_INIT,Exception=com.cisco.jtapi.PlatformExceptionImpl: Unable to create provider -- null

Anyone seen a good DOC on integrating CCC with AD?

Thank you,

Jeff.

Ok, I answered my own question. The problem was an out-of-date JTAPI client. When I installed the latest version from the Call Manager server and rebooted the CCC server, everything worked fine.
