Hi,
Can someone tell me how to configure monitor buttons on the IP Phones thru CM. I have configured the same in CME but I cannot find the configuration needed for CM.

There is no monitor button available in CallManager. This is one feature that almost every client I work with requests. You can use a shared line so a user can monitor if someone is on the phone or not, but then the user has the shared line information show up in missed calls directory etc. and they might also accidentally answer a call coming in on that line.

There isn't any Monitor button on Callmanager. You will have to use shared lines and set the "Privacy Option" to false. This way, when a call will land on one phone, on the shared line on another phone you will be able to see the remote in use icon on the phone line.
