Hi all
i have bought the 2 ATA 186 in my office
i configred on at NY and on at TX
iam able to call using account of D3 from both the office, when iam trying to call from ATA 186 NY phone to ATA 186 Phone
iam getting busy tone, iam not able to call establish
if i change the SIP Port 1 to 0 and GTK or Proxy to 0.
then i can make a call to ATA 186 NY office to ATA 186 TX office
but iam not able to call local PSTN , i get FAST BUSY tone.
I Downloaded D3 dialer from D3 site and install in my note book
and configured using the D3 dialer in my pc using PIN of D3
iam able to call ATA Phone also PSTN
how this is possible, can any one help me to get out this problem

Are those both ATA's having Deltathree account?
If yes the make sure that The Register field is turn to 1 under the administrator page.
For dialing please dial the UID of the destination device.

setting the Register field to 1 under the adminstrator page .....do u mean the SIPRegOn: field must be set to 1 ????
pls clarify.
