Is there an application that would allow you to monitor all the different Cisco Contact Center Services running in your contact center (e.g CTI Servers, DCA, CMB, CCS, CEM, Loggers, Routers, PGs, etc.)? If not, are there any plans on DEVELOPING such application in the near future? The lack of this application for troubleshooting purposes drives me crazy everytime we have a problem in the contact center.
