Cordless Headset for 7960???

We have IP Phone 7960 for IT Help Desk people, they need to walk around in the department.

Is there anyone use wireless or cordless headset for IP Phone 7960???

I just want to know brand name and model for reference.

Any suggestions will be appreicated.

You could use the plantronics HL10 handset lifter with something like the Plantronics CA40 Dect unit. Connect a Plantronics headset - will give a range of 50 feet or so depandant on walls, etc. Only gives basic answer or hang up function but works well. I wired up a quicky interface and am using a Jabra wireless "Bluetooth" headset. As long as you're close to the phone to answer it, it works well.

The interface is just a short piece of modular cord with a 3/32" jack wired to it and plugged into the headset jack on the set..
