Problem is external callers into the CCC can hear internal callers, but internal callers cannot hear the external callers.

The problem is with CCC and CCM over the 6608 blade, and I am sure we are hitting this bug CSCdz85909. But I donot see any fix for this bug, whereas it says its Resolved!

Just wondering anyone knows of a fix (not the hang up and dial again workaround).

The fix hasnt been integrated into a build yet.

You should contact TAC and get a patch built with the fix (if possible).
