If the call is getting to Unity, then it would not affect message delivery, but may affect message notification. The change of CSS could affect the call getting to unity.

That is the problem that we are having, with Message notification. If changes were made to the CSS, would a reboot of the system correct this? Any advice would be great. Thanks again.

A reboot would not solve the issue, you need to fix the CSS issue on CallManager. What was the change that was made? Can you send your partitions and calling search spaces, and we could probably recommend a fix.

Changes were made to other partitions, but not the one that the Voice mail resides.
