Hi all. Is there any way to get the CTI OS (v5.0) Supervisor Desktop to display the agent information based on agent name? Right now it seems that it displays in the order in which the agents are entered in the database. It tried adding a SORT BY function to the SQL command that is in the agentinfo section of the registry, but this did not make a difference.
