I think I am getting a busy when calling a CSQ because all my CTI portrs are busy. Is there a way to see the maximum number of ports in use at any given time. The Realtime Reporter only shows # of calls and usage per port. I am looking for something that tells me how many times all ports are busy and how long they were all busy.

Unfortunately the historical reports for the IVR do not show you how many and how long. However, you can run the real time reports from the appadmin page, go to "Contacts Summary" and the "Rejected" number typically are calls that were rejected because no CTI Ports were available.

Are you aware of anything in CallManager that would tell me a CTI route point was avavailable to take a call?
