CUACA blind transfer - no reply

Hi, 

We have a problem with our new installation of CUACA. The problems seems to be random, but an external call comes in, gets answered, and when they do a blind transfer to an internal number they sometimes get "no reply" instantly. The caller gets cut off, and the call goes into the "call in progress" box, and can't be retrieved by the operator. The call will clear from that box after a few seconds.

Internal transfers to internal calls seem ok so far.

 

CUCM = v11.0

UAC = 12.0.5

 

I've struggled to capture a failed call. I've tried changing the advanced transfer settings, but then that stops blind transfers to external numbers and just says "failed".

Any ideas where to look?
