Solved: CUBE - Smart License - Token expired

Hi,

we have a couple CUBEs (ISR4431 - IOS XE17.03.04a) where "Cisco Software Central > Smart Software Licensing" show that they have their tokens expired.

CUBEs are working with usual. following you can see the output of the command "show license status" and "show voice sip license status"

what impact in ISR4000 routers is have a token expired? thanks.

No impact.
The duration in the portal only shows, how long a token can be used to authenticate a new device or re-authenticate an already existing device. You can also use the token multiple times for different products (like one token for CUBE, CUCM, CUC, ...). Therefore, the token has no fixed binding to only one specific device.

If you would now want to add a new device to smart licensing, you would need to generate a new token.
