CUC Call Handler Extension / Menu Options/ several have Pilot numbers to in CUCM for hunt group options. If that call is not answered need to be able to leave message in the Call Handler Extension number
Call Flow Entry Call handler Extension / Select option 9 Caller input / Transfer to Alternate Contact Number the pilot number of the Hunt group that's a top down 2 members in that group if the call is not answered needs to revert to the Call Handlers Extension Voice Mail Profile
