CUCM8 License problem !

Hi ,

We bought a new upgrade license for our CUCM 8.0(2) but when we want to upgrade the license we encounter this error Error:

License File already loaded : Only one W1 license file can be uploaded

any suggestion ?

Hi -

Here is a post last year by my friend Rob Huffman - same error, although it was for a version 7.X system.  Check it out - This user ended up contacting TAC and they got the problem fixed.
