CUOM 2.3 Alerts

Hi,

Can anyone please help me out in resolving this alerts.

I am using Cisco Unified Operation Manager 2.3 Version.Recently i am started getting this alerts " StoppedGsuPerformancePolling ". I need to know how do i stop getting this alerts or is there any impact of this alerts.

Hi Lalit,

I am not an expert on this, but here is what you are seeing;

StoppedGsuPerformancePolling

Description: Occurs when the GSU data collection for a device has an issue. The probable reason can be found in the event properties.

Trigger: GSU Polling.

Severity: Critical.

Device Type: All voice devices.

Event Code: 4108.

Recommended Action: Check the event properties for details about the reason.

GSU stands for the Gateway Statistics Utility so this error refers to the collection of Statistics,

not a Service affecting event.
