Boson ( http://www.boson.com ) has a practice exam out there to help you out, but I suggest you find a training school & take the 5 day course. It's difficult to study for if you haven't had a lot of experience with UNITY - more so if you have little to no literature on the product. By taking a class, you get 85% of the material needed for the exam, and boson will get you 10% more.
There are 50 - 60 questions, and if i remember correctly, passing score is in the high 600's. The exam is moderately difficult, but easilly passible if you just put a little time into it.
