Custom Powerbuilder Templates for ICM Reporting required

Hi,

Does any one have additional custom Templates for ICM which includes

1. per call wise time taken for answer call duration etc

2. Agent wise & skill group wise service Levels.

3. Graphical view of Speed of answer per day.

There is no online repository for templates unfortunately. Do a search on Google, but it’s doubtful you will find much as the templates are going to have to be tailored to your unique environment to the degree that reworking someone else’s template may be counterproductive.

A slightly different question relating to templates. I have created a couple variations of the Peripheral templates but if I go to set thresholds no fields appear under attributes. I am sure it is something I am overlooking when I save a copy of a template to a new name. Can anyone point me in the correct direction??
