Default MOH

This is such a basic question,I'm almost

embaressed to ask it!I have a centralized CCM 3.3.2.Remote site with 6 users connected thru a 2821 router.256K FrameRelay link.Customer does not want MOH (user or Network)Only the 3 tones every few secs.I can get MOH across link OK But when I try to set it to "none" I never get the tones to come across WAN.IP/IP phone is OK.Any ideas would be appreciated.

I had the same issue, the business said that callers should hear ring tune when transferring calls. So I put in a 1,2 & 3 ring ULaw file, they can't tell the difference and it works well. Hope that helps!
