Defragmenting CallManger Servers

What is the recomended method for defragmenting CallManager Servers? We have in the past used a remote network based defragmentation Engine (Winternals Software). However now that we are running the CiscoSecurity Agent on the CallManager Servers it is blocking the defrag software? What is everyone doing to handle Defrag on CallManager? An automated method would be preffered.

Unfortunately that software is not approved for use on the callmanager as it had not been tested. Use Window's Disk Defragmenter. Unfortunately it cannot be scheduled.
