Delay on audio prompts in the IVR

I've just set up an auto attendant in my CCME v3.1 and I have a problem with the initial audio prompt (the welcome message). When the auto attendant starts I just can hear the last seconds of the welcome message; I mean: if the message says "Welcome to the autoattendant", what I hear is just: "...he autoattendant". Some times I receive the whole message and some times the trim is even worse ("...oattendant."). Does anybody know the cause? What can I do to solve the problem? Thanks, Enric

I think, When using Shared lines and Hunt List in Call Manager 3.3.1 and 3.3.4 there is delayed audio cut through.
